If we cannot fulfill all your items at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available products and contact you regarding whether you prefer to wait for the backordered item or receive a refund.

  4. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be collected with your purchase. This price is the final cost of shipping to the customer.
  5. Dispatch Time
  6. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. During these times, we take steps to minimize shipping delays.
  7. Change of Delivery Address
  8. You may request a change of delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
  9. P.O. Box Shipping
  10. We ship to P.O. Box addresses only via postal services. We are unable to offer courier services for these locations.
  11. Military Address Shipping
  12. We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are not available for military addresses.
  13. Items Out of Stock
  14. If an item is out of stock, we will reserve the existing items in your order while we await the availability of the out-of-stock item before dispatching the order.
  15. Delivery Time Exceeded
  16. If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted delivery time, please contact us to investigate the issue.
  17. Tracking Notifications
  18. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment, with updates provided by the shipping provider.
  19. Parcels Damaged in Transit
  20. If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and contact customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for further instructions.

  4. Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
